ClickShare Present – wireless presentation for face-to-face meetings

ClickShare Present is the pure presentation solution without video conferencing: content from a laptop, tablet or smartphone is put on the room screen in under 7 seconds – via the app or a physical button. In and around control rooms, ClickShare Present is particularly suited to training rooms, meeting rooms without a need for video conferencing and areas where fast, uncomplicated content sharing is the priority.

Present in the control room environment

Not every room in a control room building needs video conferencing. Training rooms, technical meetings, shift handovers and status meetings often need just one thing: getting content onto the screen quickly and reliably. ClickShare Present delivers exactly that – without the complexity of a full conferencing system, without a codec licence, without platform dependency.

For operators this means a smaller attack surface for IT security, fewer dependencies and lower costs. controlrooms integrates Present where presentation is sufficient and video conferencing is not required – or is deliberately not wanted for security reasons.

Entry-level model for huddle spaces, without a physical button.

The simplest version of the Present series: content sharing exclusively via the ClickShare app, with a full BYOD experience including screen mirroring via AirPlay, Google Cast and Miracast. controlrooms recommends it for small, informal meeting areas with frequently changing guests, where no physical button is needed and app distribution is handled via MDM or self-download.

ClickShare C-10

Interactive presentation solution for every meeting room.

The extended version with one or two ClickShare Buttons, two sources displayed simultaneously and interactive functions such as touchback, annotation and blackboarding – for rooms in which presentations are actively worked on together. controlrooms uses the C-10 in training rooms and technical meetings where content is not just shown but worked on jointly.

Accessories & management

XMS Cloud Management Platform

Central remote management of all ClickShare units.

The Present models can also be managed centrally via XMS – relevant for operators with several training or meeting rooms. Firmware updates, configuration and status monitoring run centrally via a cloud platform, without on-site visits.

Why Present instead of Conference?

controlrooms makes the decision between Present and Conference together with the operator. Present is the right choice if only presentation is required, no video conferencing is needed, IT security rules exclude wireless conferencing functions, or the room serves purely as a training or meeting room without remote participants. In all other cases ClickShare Conference is the more flexible choice.
