ClickShare Video Bars – all-in-one video bar for small meeting rooms
The ClickShare Video Bars combine camera, microphone, speakers and wireless conferencing in a single device – without a separate room control system and compatible with any video conferencing platform. For operators, this means minimal installation effort and a lower total cost of ownership. controlrooms uses Video Bars where small meeting or huddle rooms are to be professionalised quickly and with little effort.

Not every room in a control centre building needs a full conferencing system. Huddle spaces, side rooms and meeting areas near control rooms need a solution that is quickly installed, can be operated without AV specialists and still delivers professional quality. For operators of critical infrastructure (KRITIS) or 24/7 infrastructure, this means: no complex room control systems, no separate codec units, no weeks-long planning cycles for small rooms. The Video Bar is mounted on the wall or on the display, connected to the network and ready for use. controlrooms takes care of selection, mounting, network connection and commissioning.

The basic version with an AI-supported 4K camera and clear stereo sound: Group Framing automatically detects and frames up to four people, and six beamforming microphones with echo and noise cancellation ensure intelligible audio within a pickup radius of up to 4 metres. controlrooms recommends Bar Core for rooms up to approx. 15 m² in which video conferencing should be available quickly and easily.

Premium video bar with wired extension and interactivity.
The extended version adds to the Core functions a wired RoomDock for 4K content sharing and alternative connectivity, as well as extended interactivity (touchback, annotation, blackboarding) – for rooms in which content is actively worked on in addition to video conferencing. Ideal for technical meetings in which plans or shared screens need to be marked up and commented on.

For operators with several rooms, controlrooms also sets up XMS as the central management platform.

Which room sizes are the Video Bars suitable for?
Bar Core is ideal for huddle spaces and small rooms up to approx. 15 m². Bar Pro covers medium-sized rooms and offers additional wired connectivity with the RoomDock. Both models have a microphone pickup radius of 4 metres.
Which video conferencing platforms are supported?
All common platforms: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Google Meet and others. The Video Bars are platform-neutral and can be used via BYOD with any device.
Is a separate room control system needed?
No. Camera, microphone, speakers and wireless connectivity are integrated in the device. Installation is limited to mounting, power and network.
Does controlrooms handle mounting and commissioning?
Yes. controlrooms takes care of the complete installation: wall mounting, network connection, configuration and user briefing. XMS can optionally be set up for central management.
